AXLE CONFIGURATION AND MANOEUVRABILITY
The running gear has been configured for heavy-duty operation while keeping the system mechanically straightforward and easy to maintain.
The first axle is lifting, helping reduce unnecessary tyre wear and rolling resistance when operating under suitable load conditions.
The second and third axles are fixed for maximum stability under heavy loads.
The fourth axle is self-steering, improving manoeuvrability during cornering and reducing tyre scrub compared with a completely fixed four-axle arrangement.
This configuration eliminates the additional hydraulic steering system, steering cylinders, electronic steering controls, encoders and steering PLC architecture required by fully hydraulically steered trailers.

HYDRAULIC PLATFORM WIDTH EXTENSION
The loading platform can be hydraulically widened by 300 mm on each side, increasing the total platform width from 2,550 mm to 3,150 mm.
The widening system uses hydraulic cylinders and synchronized flow-control equipment to provide controlled and balanced movement on both sides of the platform.
This allows the trailer to accommodate wider construction machinery, tracked equipment and oversized loads without requiring a permanently wider chassis.
REAR HYDRAULIC LOADING RAMPS
The trailer is designed for rear loading through hydraulic double-folding ramps.
The ramps can hydraulically widen and narrow by 200 mm, providing additional flexibility for machinery with different track widths.
The ramp surfaces incorporate steel and timber sections designed to provide a practical loading surface for construction and heavy machinery.
